Rose & Co. Commercial Group is a real estate team affiliated with Real Brokerage.

• Contact: first and last name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest, and message.
• Listing Alerts: email address.
• Space Requirement: email address and, when provided, desired size and area or submarket.
• Property Inquiry: email address, optional message, and the property associated with the inquiry.
• Offering Memorandum Request: name, email address, the property associated with the request, and source information.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your real estate inquiry.

Our hosting provider may process limited technical request information needed to deliver, secure, and diagnose the Website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and request time.

Rose & Co. does not currently use website analytics platforms, advertising pixels, or behavioral advertising tracking on this Website.

We may use information submitted through the Website to:

• Respond to questions, property inquiries, and Offering Memorandum requests.
• Follow up about listings or space requirements that may be relevant.

Website inquiries, including Offering Memorandum requests, are transmitted through our existing Google-based lead workflow and may be stored using Google Workspace services, including Google Sheets and Gmail. Arie Rose and authorized Rose & Co. personnel may receive and respond to those inquiries.

When appropriate, a lead may be manually entered into Follow Up Boss for follow up and relationship management. Website forms are not represented as automatically synchronizing with Follow Up Boss.

When appropriate, we may share the information you provide with affiliated Rose & Co. agents who can assist with your inquiry. Because Rose & Co. Commercial Group operates as a team affiliated with Real Brokerage, information may also be handled by Real Brokerage personnel where reasonably necessary to provide real estate services, support a transaction, or meet brokerage, compliance, or recordkeeping requirements.

We may disclose personal information to service providers that support the Website and our inquiry workflow. These providers may include Vercel, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, and Follow Up Boss. They process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.
